The very hungry caterpillar in Eric Carle’s picture book ate an apple on Monday, two pears on Tuesday, three plums on Wednesday … one bite after another, eating nonstop; it turned round and plump. Through a fun dice game and game cards, let your three caterpillars eat their way forward. If a caterpillar lands on a small leaf, it will speed up with the help of flying branch; when two or three caterpillars land on the same spot, they can even move forward together. See whose caterpillars become butterflies first!
